 In America there is nothing you cannot do- people will knock you down but they cannot stop you unless you let them to.
You can rise from a peasant to a knight, or even a king.

Take Action

"Thinking will not stop your fear, but action certainly will."

Last night, I was on a very powerful phone call with Spencer of Teens of Honor. He taught me a lot last night and I feel as if I must share some of these things with you.

I know every one of you have struggled with fear. I'd say at one point everyone in the world does.

Don't intentionally cause yourself problems you know you cannot solve.

You MUST have strength. Strength will help you overcome all your fear.

Once you get rid of your fear, you MUST put something in place of it. There will be an empty hole that must be filled. Think of it as a remote control. If the batteries are dead and you take them out and just close the back, what will happen? Will it work? No, you have to put new batteries in.

Do the thing you fear to get rid of the fear you are experiencing.

Only you can stop you from accomplishing the thing you want most.

And here is a challenge- how fast can you get up after you have been knocked down?

Is it worth it?

What do you believe in? Religion, love, hope, happy endings? What have you had to sacrifice for what you believe in? Why do you believe in it? Why have you fought so hard for it even though you could have run and left? Was what you fought for worth what you got? Is what you are fighting for worth what you want?

Because I would love to know what you think.

You Must Fight

In your life you will have to fight something or someone.

You MUST be prepared.

There will be anger and chaos and pain but you must continue to keep fighting.  You must go at it, but you MUST be prepared and ready to fight what is ahead. These "things" will not over come you, you will overcome them. Although everything around you falls, you will not. You will fight and you will not break. You will lead with strength because you have power and you will be prepared for the worst.

Don't Quit.

Pain is temporary, it may last a minute, or an hour, or a day, or even years. If you quit, however, it lasts forever.

If you want to give up because of bullying, pain, personal loss, etc.. - you will create pain and suffering and personal loss for someone else. Don't put your pain on someone else just because your hurting. Instead, help others get through their pain, don't create more by quitting. You can do this, I believe in you and I know many others do, too. Think of you family, you friends, anyone who may care of you. Do it for them, if you feel as if you cannot do it for yourself. Don't make them hurt too. Create love, be happy, make others happy, live the life you want to live.

Don't quite.

Don't give up.

Love yourself.

Who are you fighting with?

So today I was thinking- who are we fighting with? Is it teachers, our family, our friends? What?? Well, I pondered it a little and realized- we our basically fighting ourselves. If we ALLOW people to bother us, to mess with our mind, create thoughts in our head.



Don't fight yourself- fight for yourself


We are fighting ourselve and no one can convince me other wise.

Will they judge?

Biggest question asked by anyone I know - will they judge you? Yes, they will. They will ALWAYS judge you. You cant stop them. they ALWAYS judge- whether or not you choose to believe it, is you choice.

Think of a time someone made you feel inrerior. How did they make you feel that way? Did you let them? You may not think you did, but if you feel bad, its because you ALLOWED them to make you feel unimportant, that you felt unloved.

If you stopped letting people write you story, what would your life look like?

I want you to think about this question, and then I want you to write to me and tell me what places in YOUR life would change.

Brick in the wall?

I have hear a million times, you are just a brick in the wall of life and no one cares. But, how do you make a wall? With bricks, right? Well- without you, where would the people in your life be? Not where they are now. Think of you accomplishments, what are they?

Think of the times you hepled someone with advice, with money, with just simply caring. What did those people end up doing because you did that? What are the walls you love? Your house, your friends house, a store you love, anything that is up because of a wall.

That wall wouldnt be up unless you helped.

You matter. You really, really, matter. I promise.

Challenges

Think of all the challenges you have ever faced, now think, 'if I faced all thoose challenges, the problems Im facing right now must be trembling with fear.' 

If you have all these demons you've destroyed, all these problems you turned into amazing stories, how can you lose, why do you think your life mean nothing, why don't you KNOW you are a success story in the making.

You are strong, you are important, you are beautiful, you are loved, you have no flaw.

Will you turn your life into a beautiful story? Or will you just keep letting these challenges get the best of you?
